Bio

Lydia Haferburg  Executive coach and mentor, Lydia is member of Board and Head of the Mentoring Committee. She practices mentoring within women’s associations (PWN) and is also a solidarity coach. Specialized in intercultural management, she works in public and private companies and teaches in universities and business schools.

For the past 3 years, Lydia has been leading the work of the Mentoring Committee, promoting inclusion, diversity and innovation.

Pascal Echardour Associated in different entrepreneurial projects for 30 years, his experience has been built around industrial information systems, in the provision of services and the development of innovative software products. His experience has led him to innovation management on an international scale, with the linking of actors from very diverse networks (research centers, clusters, employers’ organizations, etc.). For the past ten years, he has been accompanying managers in the disruptions involving new innovative, technological and managerial approaches, and in setting up collaborative projects co-financed by European programs.

Catherine Thibaux Psychologist, certified coach and author of “the keys to successful mentoring” Editions Studyrama , Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, withing large companies and on her own as well.  She is founder and president of Inter venir Consulting.  For more than 10 years,  she has been helping companies, women’s or alumni networks and associations to set up mentoring programs.
